• Min. 3-4 tahun pengalaman HR
• Min. 2 tahun di mining/kontraktor tambang preferred Mandarin speaker
• Paham UU Ketenagakerjaan, Industrial Relations & K3
• Familiar HRIS, Excel & roster system
