Section Head - Maintenance

​

Full time position; Kalimantan Timur (Coal Terminal)

​

Drive maintenance reliability with a strong focus on electrical systems supporting coal terminal operations

​

What You'll Handle:

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities with a strong focus on electrical systems and critical terminal equipment.
• Ensure reliability of motors, MCCs, VFDs, switchgear, transformers, power distribution, conveyors, and supporting electrical systems.
• Evaluate equipment failures, electrical disturbances, and breakdown trends to improve asset reliability and operational availability.
• Ensure maintenance execution complies with electrical safety standards, maintenance procedures, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities with Operations and Engineering to minimize downtime and support continuous coal handling operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is strongly preferred; Mechanical Engineering may be considered with strong electrical maintenance exposure.
• 6-7 years of maintenance experience in mining, coal handling, port, processing plant, or heavy industrial operations.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems, including motors, MCC, VFD, switchgear, transformers, power distribution, troubleshooting, and maintenance reliability.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making under operational pressure.

Section Head - Coal Handling Facility

​

Full time position; Kalimantan Timur (Mine Site)

​

Ensure safe and reliable coal handling operations from ROM stockpile to barge loading

​

What You'll Handle:

• Plan and control coal handling operations across ROM stockpile, conveying, and BLC/barge loading to achieve production and loading targets.
• Evaluate operational performance covering coal flow, loading rate, equipment availability, stockpile condition, and operational delays.
• Ensure operational readiness and reliability of coal handling facilities through coordination with Maintenance and supporting functions.
• Analyze operational constraints and recurring issues affecting coal quality, throughput, equipment utilization, and loading continuity.
• Drive operational improvement and compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and coal handling requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in coal handling, stockpile, jetty/port, or mining operations, including supervisory or team leadership exposure.
• Strong understanding of ROM stockpile management, conveying systems, BLC/barge loading, coal flow, and equipment coordination.

Sr. Specialist - Financial Planning & Budget

​

Full time position; Jakarta Selatan (Head Office)

​

Drive effective budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions

​

What You'll Handle:

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection processes aligned with operational plans and business targets.
• Analyze budget vs. actual performance, cost trends, and key variances to identify financial risks, drivers, and improvement opportunities.
• Control budget utilization and operating costs, challenge significant deviations, and follow up corrective actions with relevant functions.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to provide actionable insights and recommendations for Chief Finance and management.
• Review and consolidate financial data for RKAB, management reporting, forecast updates, and other strategic business requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in FP&A, Budgeting, or Financial Controlling, including experience in the mining industry.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, variance analysis, and management reporting, with strong analytical and business partnering skills to translate financial and mining operational data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, PivotTables, large-data processing, and scenario analysis.

Supervisor - Coal Handling Facility

​

Full time position; Kalimantan Timur (Mine Site)

​

Lead stable coal flow and loading execution at the jetty

​

What You'll Handle:

• Execute and control daily shift operations at the jetty based on approved coal handling and loading plans.
• Monitor coal flow, conveyor operation, loading rate/TPH, and equipment readiness to achieve shift targets.
• Coordinate Foreman, Mooring Crew, Port Helper, and Weighbridge Operator to ensure smooth loading execution.
• Respond to operational disruptions including blockage, spillage, belt misalignment, equipment trip, and loading delays.
• Report shift performance, operational issues, and follow-up actions to support continuous and safe operations.

​

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine/Port Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in CHF, jetty/port operations, or bulk material handling.
• Able to interpret operational data, loading performance, equipment status, and shift targets.
• Strong understanding of conveyor system, coal flow management, loading operation, and common operational issues, also coordination skills to optimize operational performance, cost efficiency, and equipment utilization.

Specialist - Port Captain

​

Full time position; Kalimantan Timur (Coal Terminal)

​

Ensure safe and efficient marine operations, vessel movement, and barge handling at the coal terminal

​

What You'll Handle:

• Oversee barge and vessel movements from coal handling jetty to Kota Bangun Port, including departure, voyage, berthing, shifting, and return.
• Monitor shipment progress, vessel position, weather, tide, river traffic, and other marine conditions.
• Assess navigational risks, vessel stability, seaworthiness, draft, and route conditions.
• Coordinate with tugboat operators, barge crews, agents, port authorities, jetty teams, and Kota Bangun Port operations.
• Ensure compliance with marine safety, shipping regulations, and port requirements.

​

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's/Diploma IV in Nautical Studies or Marine Transportation, with Nautical background strongly preferred; Relevant marine/deck officer certification is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience in marine, port, jetty, or barge operations, preferably involving inland/river transportation or bulk cargo shipment.
• Strong knowledge of vessel/barge operations, marine safety, navigation, berthing, stability, weather/tide conditions, and coordination of tugboats, crews, port authorities, and jetty-to-port shipments.

Specialist - Emergency Response Team (ERT)

​

Full time position; Kalimantan Timur (Mine Site)

​

Ensure emergency response readiness to protect people, assets, and mining operations

​

What You'll Handle:

• Develop and evaluate emergency response plans based on mining risks and potential scenarios.
• Assess emergency readiness, including personnel, equipment, facilities, communication, and resources.
• Establish emergency response standards and procedures for company and contractor operations.
• Plan and evaluate drills to identify gaps and improve response effectiveness.
• Support major emergency response through technical coordination, communication, and escalation.
• Analyze incidents and drills to recommend improvements in emergency preparedness.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Emergency Response, Fire & Rescue, or Safety Operations, preferably in mining or high-risk industries.
• Strong knowledge of emergency preparedness, risk assessment, fire & rescue, ERT readiness, and response capability.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills; relevant Emergency Response, Fire & Rescue, or HSE certifications preferred.
