FLEET MONITORING

​

LOCATION: Jakarta

​

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Monitor vessel activities and positions in real-time through fleet monitoring system, AIS, GPS, or vessel tracking system.
2. Ensure vessel compliance with voyage plans, operational schedules, and company instructions and coordinate with related departments.
3. Identify and escalate operational deviations, delays, abnormal vessel movements, and potential operational disruptions.
4. Prepare regular fleet monitoring reports covering vessel position, voyage status, delays, and operational performance.
5. Ensure accurate documentation of vessel conditions and activities and compliance with SOPs, company policies, and maritime safety and operational standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum S1/D4 in Nautical / Pelayaran.
• 3-5 years of experience in fleet operation, marine operation, or shipping operation.
• Familiar with AIS, GPS, vessel tracking system, or fleet monitoring system.
• Strong monitoring, analytical, coordination, and communication
• Able to work effectively with various operational and maritime stakeholders.
