HR STRATEGIC DEPARTMENT HEAD

Responsibilities:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Proven experience in managing multiple HR functions in an integrated manner, including:
  • Organization Development & Manpower Planning
  • People Development & Performance Management
  • Recruitment & Talent Management
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Industrial & Employee Relations
• Strong understanding of organization design, job evaluation, competency development, succession planning, talent management, remuneration, and industrial relations.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian employment regulations and industrial relations practices.
• Strong capabilities in in strategic thinking, business acumen, people leadership, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and change management.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective HR strategies, manpower plans, talent pipelines, and organizational development initiatives.
• Experience in mining, energy, mining contractors, manufacturing, or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in using HRIS, people analytics, and digital HR tools.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Professional certification in Human Resources/Human Capital, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, or Organization Development is an advantage.
