Section Head Environment

​

Location: Site Office - Meulaboh, Aceh (Roster 6:2) Level: Supervisory Level

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out activities in accordance with their respective roles to achieve KPIs, HSE TSP, and the values of PT. Mifa Bersaudara in accordance with Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental policies.
• Plan and implement plans for the treatment of mining wastewater and domestic wastewater
• Plan and implement hazardous waste management programs
• Plan and implement solid waste management programs
• Plan and implement air pollution and emissions control programs
• Evaluate water pollution control programs
• Manage air, water, soil, hazardous waste, and social, economic, and public health issues
• Implement the PROPER Program with a focus on the "Green" target, particularly in the areas of energy efficiency, water efficiency, and emissions reduction
• Implement environmental improvement programs, particularly cost-reduction initiatives within the Environmental Operations Department

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Forestry or Environmental Engineering.
• At least 7 years of work experience in the coal mining industry, including at least 3 years in the position of Environment Supervisor.
• Valid PPPA/POPAL, PPPU/POIPPU, and PLB3/OPLB3 certifications.
• POP/POM certification is a plus.
• Proficient in using ArcGIS, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, and Canva software.
• Possess a solid understanding of environmental management, regulations, and their application in the coal mining industry.
• Possess strong analytical, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a disciplined and adaptive manner in a dynamic work environment.
• Highly motivated to learn and develop, and willing to be assigned to MIFA Bersaudara's operational areas based on company requirements.
• This opportunity is specifically intended for candidates who are domiciled in Aceh.
