Responsibilities

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
• Supervise the Working Hours data input process for all operational units
• Ensure that Working Hours data is recorded accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
• Reconcile Working Hours data with the client
• Verify the alignment of cost codes with the relevant work, contracts, or operational activities
• Identify and follow up on discrepancies between internal data and client data
• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure cost code accuracy
• Prepare Working Hours, UA, and PA reports for all operational units
• Develop and improve SOPs related to data management and validation processes
• Guide and supervise Database staff performance to achieve data quality targets
• Ensure team members input data correctly into the OpsFleet Management system

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational data administration, cost control, or a similar role. Experience in reconciling data with clients is an advantage
• Strong understanding of Working Hours concepts, timesheets, cost codes, manpower allocation, and billing processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other data analysis functions)
• Strong data analysis skills with high attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills with various departments and clients
• Possess leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team to achieve quality and timeliness targets
• Willing to be assigned to the Pani Gold Mine site location with a scheduled and working hours determined by the company
