Mining Job Vacancy Mobile Maintenance Planner Pani Gold Mine

Mobile Maintenance Planner Code: MAIN - MMP

Placement: Pani Gold Mine Site. Gorontalo

Responsibilities

• Comply with and implement Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (K3L) regulations and actively participate in K3L activities and initiatives
• Analyze oil analysis results, vibration data, thermography readings, and equipment performance parameters
• Provide early warnings and recommendations to prevent unscheduled breakdowns and minimize downtime maintenance and repair activities
• Validate root cause analyses and propose improvement actions
• Identify spare parts and consumable requirement for preventive
• Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely part availability
• Maintain a critical spare parts inventory to minimize extended downtime
• Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly shutdown plans for planned maintenance activities Develop Gantt charts and manpower allocation plans for major repairs or component replacements
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on equipment performance, and maintenance activities
• Present predictive and preventive maintenance recommendations

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent, preferably with a background in Mechanical Engineer or Mining
• At least 5 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, ideally in the mining industry
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning & organizational skills
• Effective communication & interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail with strong time management capabilities
• Solid digital literacy and maintain accurate data
• A strong continuous improvement mindset
• Willing to be placed at the Pani Gold Mine site location with a scheduled and working hours determined by the company
