Business Process Analytical & Improvement Project - Supervisor

Placement: HO Jakarta, Contract 12 Months, ​

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Min 5 years experience in Business Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or Management System
• Good understanding both conceptual and implementation of Business Process Improvement and Management System
• Excellence in written and communication skills
• Excellence in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Powerpoint)
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Have technical knowledge of Business Process Modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, BPMN, etc)
• Any certification of Business Process Improvement is an advantage

Job Description

• Engage with stakeholders to create, analyze, document, and communicate necessary processes, procedures, and systems
• Identify, reference, and control existing systems and procedures (including policy, SOP, and Working Instructions) in order to make adjustments/improvements as needed in accordance with changes in business operations
• Analyze and monitor systems and procedures in accordance with company and/or applicable regulations including company strategy
• Support the implementation and governance of Management System (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, SMKP, etc)
• Working closely with Expert BPAl in enriching and updating information or knowledge page of the company.
