Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SHE.
• Good understanding of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations & standards.
• Emergency Response certification & AK3U
• Able to operate Light Vehicles (LV) and possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong observation, reporting, and documentation skills.
• High integrity & committed to promoting a strong safety culture.

Placement: Pauh, Sarolangun

Responsibilities:

• Implement Health, Safety, and Environment programs across the workplace.
• Monitor compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine workplace inspections to identify hazards and minimize risks.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and occupational illnesses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment & safety equipment.
• Assist in developing & implementing emergency response plans & procedures.
• Organize HSE training, safety inductions, & awareness programs for employees.
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate safety documentation.
• Promote a positive safety culture & continuous improvement in workplace.
• Support the implementation of company HSE objectives and compliance initiatives.
