SENIOR METALLURGIST

​

Location: Jakarta

​

Responsible for leading metallurgical studies, process optimization, and plant performance improvement across the company's gold, copper, and base metal operations. This role provides technical leadership in mineral processing, supports engineering and feasibility studies, and drives operational excellence from project development through commissioning and production.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in mineral processing or metallurgy.
• Proven experience in gold, copper, and base metal processing plants.
• Strong expertise in crushing & grinding, flotation, heap leach, CIL/CIP, process optimization, metal accounting, and process plant design.
• Demonstrated experience leading metallurgical test work, commissioning, plant optimization, and operational readiness.
• Experience working with EPC contractors, engineering consultants, and metallurgical laboratories.
• Strong leadership, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, with willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Indonesia
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel to all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group.

SUPERVISOR - INTERNAL AUDIT

​

Location: Jakarta

​

Responsible for executing and supervising internal audit activities in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan. This role evaluates the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance while providing practical recommendations to improve business processes and support the achievement of organizational

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field from reputable university
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Internal Audit or external audit, risk management, compliance.
• Experience as an External Auditor or Internal Auditor in mining industry is preffered
• Agile in understanding of business processes end to end, risk-based audit, internal controls, risk management, and investigation.
• Ability to develop audit plans,carry out audit engagements, and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting standards (PSAK / IFRS) is preffered
• Strong communication skill and be able to collaborate with diverse range of business and stakeholders
• Excellent data analytics, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, particulary Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in english, both spoken and written

JUNIOR METALLURGIST

​

Location: Jakarta

​

Supports metallurgical test work, process evaluation, and technical reporting for mineral processing projects. This role also assists in coordinating the commercial activities related to gold and silver (doré bullion) sales, including shipment documentation, logistics coordination, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with company standards and HSE requirements.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (minimum GPA 3.20/4.00 is preferred).
• Basic understanding of mineral processing, including crushing, grinding, flotation, leaching, CIL/CIP, and metallurgical accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or METSIM is an advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to prepare technical reports and communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
• Eager to learn and collaborate across technical and commercial functions, including gold and silver sales activities.
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta and travel to all working areas of PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group.

OFFICER - LOGISTIC

​

Location: Jakarta

​

Responsible for supporting daily logistics operations by coordinating material distribution, managing shipping documentation, and monitoring the movement of goods. This role ensures materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with operational requirements while maintaining proper logistics records and compliance with company procedures.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience coordinating material distribution, shipment documentation, and inventory movement.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation coordination, and document administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers.
• Committed to maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Willing to work at the assigned project or operational site.

SENIOR VENTILATION ENGINEER

​

Location: Palu

​

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing underground mine ventilation systems to ensure safe working conditions, regulatory compliance, and efficient production. This role provides technical leadership in ventilation planning, monitoring, and improvement initiatives across underground operations.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in underground mining, with exposure to mine planning, design, or ventilation engineering.
• Strong understanding of underground mine operations and ventilation systems.
• Proficient in mine design and ventilation software such as VentSim; experience with Deswik, Datamine, Vulcan, or Surpac is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and solve technical problems effectively.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication, reporting, and administrative skills.
• Experience working with contractors is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed in Palu with roster system or PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. & Group working areas.
