SUPERVISOR TALENT ACQUISITION

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition with minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor position.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including Competency-Based Interview (CBI) and Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Strategy, Recruitment Management, Talent Mapping, Employer Branding, and Workforce Planning.
• Strong understanding of Recruitment Analytics, budget management, and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, leadership, people management, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience in the mining industry will be an advantage

SUPERVISOR GENERAL AFFAIR

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs with minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisor position.
• Strong understanding of General Affairs operations, including company facilities, employee accommodation, guest houses, operational vehicles, travel management, company assets, vendor management, and general services.
• Strong understanding of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Work Instruction, Business Process, and Continuous Improvement.
• Experience in budget planning and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the mining industry will be an advantage

OFFICER CAMP & FACILITY

​

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Industrial Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Camp Management, Facility Management, Building Maintenance, Hospitality, or General Affairs.
• Experience in the mining or other remote-site industries will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of camp operations, facility management, building maintenance, asset management, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with SAP, particularly for procurement and asset management processes, will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work effectively in a team.

OFFICER KITCHEN MANAGEMENT

​

Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Kitchen Management, Food Service, Catering, or Hospitality.
• Experience in the mining or other remote-site industries will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene and sanitation, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), inventory management, menu planning, and food cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, and food hygiene.
