CIVIL PROJECT CONTROLLER

​

Placement: Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera

​

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, and contractor performance.
• Review construction methods, technical drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Verify project progress claims and support project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Control or Site Engineering.
• Experience in mining, port, or civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera P6, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

IT DATA ENGINEER

​

Placement: Head Office, Central Jakarta

​

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized data platform
• Manage data models, storage, and data quality across on-premise and cloud environments
• Implement data governance, security, and workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data infrastructure performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, or Data Warehouse development
• Proficient in SQL and Python; Go or Java is a plus
• Experience with Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Familiar with Data Warehouse concepts and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
