ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGER

Location: Jakarta

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Accounting & Finance Manager to lead our finance and accounting functions. This role is responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, compliance, cash flow management, and supporting strategic business decisions while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the Accounting & Finance team.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
3. Ensure compliance with PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and company policies.
4. Manage budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow.
5. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and fixed assets.
6. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities.
7. Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
8. Develop and enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
9. Ensure timely tax reporting and statutory compliance.
10. Support management in financial analysis, business planning, and investment evaluation.
11. Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes and ERP/financial systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
3. Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial role with having experience in KAP is a Plus.
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
5. Hands-on experience with Accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Accurate, or equivalent).
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
7. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
8. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
