DRILLING & COMPLETION SUPERINTENDENT
Jakarta Office
Responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, and oversee field operation teams (Company Man, Drilling Supervisor, Safety Officer) across all wellsites.
- Accountable for the planning, execution, and operational control of drilling and completion programs.
- Ensure achievement of operational targets: schedule, cost, and safety.
- Act as the escalation decision point for critical field issues.
- Manage rig contractor and service company performance at the program level.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and Permit to Work (PTW) system across operations.
- Develop and strengthen the capabilities of Company Man and Field Supervisors
Qualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) or Post Graduate (S2) majoring in Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 20 years of experience in drilling and completion operation, with the majority at the field supervisory level.
- Extensive and proven experience as a Company Man, Drilling Supervisor, or Rig Superintendent prior to progressing into leadership roles.
- Strong experience in leading multi-well operations and coordinating multiple field teams simultaneously.
- Comprehensive expertise in operational execution, including casing & cementing, well control, completions (perforating, sand control/gravel pack, DST), and fishing operations.
- In-depth understanding of HSE management systems.
- Decisive in operational decision-making under pressure.
- Experience in Papua drilling operations and the Bintuni Basin.
- Proven experience in building and developing field operations teams.
COST ESTIMATOR
Jakarta Office
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review multidisciplinary cost estimates (Class 5 to Class 1) for conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design phases.
- Support WP&B and AFE processes by ensuring accurate, justified, and SKK Migas-compliant cost estimates.
- Maintain cost estimating databases and validate pricing based on current market conditions.
- Benchmark estimates against historical data, industry standards, and similar projects.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to define project scope and estimate requirements.
- Prepare complete estimate packages, including MTOs, drawings, vendor quotations, and risk registers.
- Participate in estimate reviews and identify cost risks and contingency requirements.
- Develop project cost estimates using unit rates, parametric, and bottom-up estimating.
- Present cost estimate packages to the project team for acknowledgement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimating within the oil & gas, and energy.
- Proven experience in preparing conceptual, preliminary, and detailed design estimates.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of international estimating guidelines such as AACE International (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering).
PRODUCTION PLANNING, TURN-AROUND & ACTIVITY ASSURANCE STAFF
Site - Papua Barat
Responsibilities:
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage daily, weekly, and turnaround maintenance schedules for static and rotating equipment.
- Resource Management: Coordinate resources (manpower, tools, equipment, and materials) for effective Work Order (WO) execution.
- CMMS Management: Maintain and ensure accuracy of CMMS data, including WOs, BOM, and equipment history.
- Spare Parts Management: Liaise with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure availability of spare parts and consumables.
- HSE Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with HSE standards (JSA, PTW, and LOTO).
- Reporting & Evaluation: Monitor and report maintenance performance and KPIs (schedule compliance, backlog, cost efficiency).
- Operational Readiness Support (ORA): Support Operation Readiness & Assurance (ORA), including maintenance strategy, SOP development, and transition to operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma 3 (D3) in Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Min. 5 years experience in production planning and turnaround management within the oil and gas industry.
- Familiar with SAP System.
- Experience in budget development and monitoring.
