PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues.
• Support installation, configuration, and operation of MTS products.
• Manage and document support tickets to meet SLA targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support customer success.

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Understanding of software, databases, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems and technical support tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and knowledge management.
