Oil & Gas Job Vacancy Project HR Manager & Project HR Coordinator (Sr.) PT Meindo Elang Indah

We are currently looking for professional candidates of below position:

PROJECT HR MANAGER

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years of experience as HRD Manager.

PROJECT HR COORDINATOR (SR.)

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience as HR Coordinator or Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management (Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or other related).
• Experience Human Resources in Industrial sector. Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Human Resources principles, Labor Laws, Industrial Relation, and human resources best practices.
• Experience in managing Payroll, Tax, employee benefits, and Training Development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Human Resources strategies aligned with Company goals.
• Understand and experience implementing Quality Management System. Certified in ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Indonesia.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere/site.
