Mining Job Vacancy Manager - HSE & Manager - Land, Community Relations & Security PT Gorontalo Minerals

PT Gorontalo Minerals is looking for experienced professionals to join our team in Gorontalo. We are currently hiring for:

MANAGER - HSE

​

Location: Gorontalo

​

Responsible for leading the company's HSE function by overseeing safety, occupational health, environmental compliance, and risk management. This role drives a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards across all operations.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HSE experience in the mining industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or superintendent role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SMKP Minerba, SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Good Minining Practices (GMP), and applicable Indonesian HSE regulations.
• Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE management systems and programs.
• Hold a valid POP, POM, or POU certification (preferred).
• Strong leadership with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Excellent skils in risk management, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and strategic decision-making.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Willing to be placed in/ travel to Gorontalo (PT Gorontalo Minerals) with a roster schedule.

MANAGER - LAND, COMMUNITY RELATIONS & SECURITY

​

Location: Gorontalo

​

Responsible for leading the company's land management, community relations, and security functions by overseeing stakeholder engagement, land acquisition, external relations, and security management to support safe, compliant, and uninterrupted mining operations.

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Land Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Land Management, Community Relations, External Affairs, or Corporate Security, preferably within the ming industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Managerial or Superintendent role.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, land acquisition and land management, community relations, corporate security, permitting, and applicable Indonesian regulations.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholder engagement and community development initiatives.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Strategic thinker with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilies.
• Willing to be placed in/ travel to Gorontalo (PT Gorontalo Minerals) with a roster schedule.
