HR SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or another relevant field.
• Minimun of 5 (five) years of experience in Human Resources.
• Previous experience in the mining or mining contractor industry is highly preferred.
• Proven hands-on experience in multiple HR functions, including: Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and industrial relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining a high level of integrity.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Work location: Jakarta
