SUPERINTENDENT - PROJECT CONTROL

Site - Kalimantan

Job Description: Responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project execution to ensure activities are completed in accordance with the approved schedule, budget, scope, and performance targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years experience in Project Control, Project Planning, or Cost Control, preferably within the mining or construction industry.
• Proficient in developing and controlling project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis, project progress monitoring, forecasting, and project reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to be assigned to a mine site and work under the company's roster or work schedule.
