ITRACC SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Qualifications:

• D3/S1 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in System Development or Software Development.
• Proficient in Laravel Framework
• Strong understanding of databases and system analysis.
• Familiar with Full Stack Development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the ITRACC application.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure system reliability.
• Manage database, server maintenance, and backup processes.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
• Prepare system documentation and provide user support and training.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
