FACILITY ENGINEER

Job Descriptions:

• Plan, evaluate, and oversee FEED/DED civil infrastructure and general services operations for geothermal exploration projects.
• Prepare TOR, Design & Build contracts, manage service contracts/vendors, and supervise contractor performance.
• Perform technical calculations, risk assessments, infrastructure evaluations, and ensure office facilities comply with HSE and company standards.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, presentations, project documentation, budgets, and operational reports.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of general services activities, including facility management, maintenance, and operational support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the design and construction of roads, platforms, water distribution system and infrastructure.
• At least 3 years of experience spesifically in geothermal drilling projects.
• Proven experience in DED, FEED civil infrastructure, road construction, drilling well pads and supporting facilities.
• Strong knowledge of roads, well pads, water distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
• Strong Ability to prepare detailed technical plans, cost and time estimates, in accordance with geothermal industry best standards and practices.
• Capable of conducting risk identification for survey activities and construction of exploration drilling infrastructure.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
