We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who is results-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about developing new business opportunities. If you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, identifying market potential, and achieving sales targets in the heavy equipment industry, this role might be for you!
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business
- Identify and acquire new fleet and retail customers within the assigned territory
- Plan, map, and execute sales strategies to maximize market opportunities
- Prepare and maintain weekly sales pipeline reports
- Analyze market trends and provide business insights to support customers' equipment needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets of 2-5 units while ensuring customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the industry, especially Heavy Equipment
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any discipline
- Previous experience with a heavy equipment dealership or leasing company is preferred
- Good understanding of the regional market and heavy equipment industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build customer relationships
- Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to achieving sales targets
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
