We're Hiring: Sales Operation Staff

​

We are looking for a Sales Operation Staff who is detail-oriented, well organized, and comfortable working across teams to support smooth and efficient sales operations. If you enjoy working with data, coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensuring sales processes run seamlessly, this role might be for you!

SALES OPERATION STAFF

​

What You'll Do:

• Handle and control daily sales administration and operational activities to ensure smooth business processes
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with company standards and procedures
• Prepare and submit weekly sales and operational reports
• Support the sales team by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer support, as well as coordinate unit stock availability and delivery schedules with the principal
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation in SAP

​

What We're Looking For:

1. At least 3-5 years of experience as Administrative or Operation Staff in the heavy equipment industry
2. Minimum a Diploma Degree (D3) in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
3. Experience using SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office
4. Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across teams
