Heavy Equipment Job Vacancy Warehouse Coordinator XCMG

Hello! XCMG is currently seeking candidates for the position of:

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Balikpapan, Kalimantan

Job Description:

1. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, while resolving operational issues promptly.
2. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate material flow.
3. Perform regular inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain inventory accuracy.
4. Update inventory and shipment records in the system to ensure real-time and accurate stock information.
5. Managing employee matters at site (attendance, leave, any other employee matters)

Qualifications:

1. Must be able to read and write Mandarin Chinese,
2. Minimum 1 year working experience as Warehouse / HR Site / Operational Coordinator
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
4. Strong data entry, reporting, and inventory management skills.
5. Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination abilities.
6. Experience in the heavy equipment industry will be a strong advantage.
7. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Willing to be placed at our mining site at Balikpapan, Kalimantan
