HRGA SUPERVISOR

​

Placement: Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera

​

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning aligned with business objectives.
• Lead HRGA operations, including HR strategy, payroll, HRIS, and employee administration.
• Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations & company policies.
• Oversee GA operations, facilities, and site support services.
• Prepare HR reports & support organizational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HRGA experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, HRIS, labor law, and industrial relations.
• Experience managing General Affairs and site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

​

MAINTENANCE CONVEYOR MANAGER

​

Placement: Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Conveyor Maintenance / Bulk Material Handling.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Belt Conveyor Systems, Mechanical Drive Systems, PLC/SCADA, Predictive Maintenance, RCFA, and CMMS.
• Experienced in managing maintenance teams, budgets, and reliability programs.
• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

​

Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure conveyor system reliability and availability.
• Drive continuous improvement and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
• Manage maintenance budgets and critical spare parts.
• Lead maintenance teams and ensure HSE compliance.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including MTBF & MTTR.

HUMAS MANAGER

​

Placement: Musi Banyuasin, South Sumatera

​

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Law, Social & Political Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years experience in ER, Community Relations, Government Relations, or Corporate Affairs.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial position.
• Experienced in handling community engagement, stakeholder management, land-related issues, and social conflict resolution.
• Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in the mining, plantation, energy, infrastructure industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government institutions, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead the resolution of land-related and community issues through effective communication and negotiation.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to support sustainable business operations.
• Monitor social risks & maintain the Company's reputation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational activities.
