Oil and Gas Job Vacancy Formalities Admin Logistic PT Meindo Elang Indah

We are currently looking for professional candidates of below position:

FORMALITIES ADMIN (LOGISTIC)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Economic or Logistic & Formalities.
• Min. 1 years relevant and similar capacity in Logistic & Formalities for Oil & Gas project.
• Proficient in regulations related to master lists and import/export.
• Knowledgeable about HS codes.
• Advance in Ms. Office (especially in Ms. Excel).
• High responsible to complete job responsibility on time and accurate.
• Good communication and strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Able to join immediately.
• Domiciled in Jabodetabek.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in preparing plans and schedules for submitting the Master List for each ongoing project.
• Prepare the RKBI (Rencana Kebutuhan Barang Impor), which includes the BOM and BOJ, along with all supporting documents for all ongoing projects.
• Attend meetings, both internal meetings for coordination and meetings with clients or regulators (Dirjen Migas & Bea Cukai) as needed.
• Prepare import realization reports for each project.
