We're hiring for some positions:
1. Construction (Pipeline)
Third Party Contract
Site - Papua Barat
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all pipeline construction activities, including coordination of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Participate in key construction meetings (HAZOP, constructability) and prepare daily reports.
- Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and resolve issues or conflicts.
- Review and approve EPC contractor deliverables (technical documents and drawings).
- Resolve construction issues, ensure compliance with plans, and manage resources (labor, materials, equipment).
- Ensure overall technical alignment with plant operations, company policies, and project management systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in pipeline construction (preferably oil & gas).
- Experience in onshore and CRA pipeline installation, including work with EPCI contractors.
- Strong understanding of pipeline design, technical drawings (P&IDs, isometric), and welding procedures.
- Knowledge of pre-commissioning activities and relevant industry standards (ASME, DNV, API).
- Experience in implementing safety practices on construction sites.
- Able to work independently with strong technical capability
2. Construction (Static & Rotating)
Third Party Contract
Site - Papua Barat
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the static & rotating construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce safety regulations and company codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations.
- Review, comment on, and approve deliverables produced by EPCI contractors, including Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data, and Drawings.
- Identify and resolve issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits.
- Manage the allocation of project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop an understanding of the overall plant to assess the impact of work activities on plant operations.
- Ensure all work execution is technically aligned and compliant with company operations, policies, standards of business conduct, and project management systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in mechanical (static & rotating) construction, preferably in the relevant industry (oil & gas, power generation, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret pipe and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometric drawings, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, including welding codes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards like ASME BPVC section VIII, B73.1 etc.
- Ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site.
- Experience in implementing safety measures a mechanical (static & rotating) construction on site.
- Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors.
3. Site Quantity Surveyor
Third Party Contract
Site - Papua Barat
Responsibilities
- Verification of the construction progress during execution base on schedule with actual and monitor and control progress of the installation, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning preparations.
- Monitoring and controlling contractor to the progress measurement and progress achievement on a daily basis and verify progress claims.
- Monitoring/controlling all construction and commissioning activities base on target schedule/planning, manpower and productivity remaining work include materials, evaluating progress claims and closing punch list.
- Reviewing contractor execution plan to ensure compliance with the contract requirements and identify necessary adjustments. Review and check change order from contractor based on Estimation Scope Work Instruction (additional work).
- Verify contractors and subcontractor progress claims.
- Assist in final account settlement upon project completion.
Qualifications
- Min. 10 years' experience in Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on oil and gas projects (upstream and/or downstream).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management, or a related field.
- MS Excel - Data Analysis, reporting and dashboads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
