IT INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY COORDINATOR

Placement: South Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily IT operations, including hardware, software, network, and system administration.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain high system availability.
• Monitor and maintain servers, network infrastructure, and security systems.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.
• Implement and oversee backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
• Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Prepare IT reports and IT asset inventories.
• Provide technical support to end users and management when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
• Strong knowledge of: Windows Server & Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Network Administration (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall), Backup & Disaster Recovery, IT Security Best Practices
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Relevant IT certifications are preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
