EXTERNAL RELATIONS & PPM SUPERINTENDENT

Placement: Pauh, Sarolangun

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage the RI PPM budget in accordance with RKAB and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 1824 K/30/MEM/2018.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate Community Development & Empowerment (PPM/CSR) programs.
• Develop and improve External Relations & PPM procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead the External Relations team to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and resolve social issues through effective communication and conflict management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in External Relations, Community Relations, Government Relations, CSR/PPM, or Corporate Communications.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.

Preferred Certifications:

• RI PPM PPSDM Minerba
• ISO 26000:2010 Guidance for CSR
• National Mediator & Social Conflict Management Training
