1. BPAI Officer - SAP PP/QM

​

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably from Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an SAP-PP/QM Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and support of SAP-PP/QM.
• Experienced in at least one full cycle SAP-PP/QM implementation, preferably in S4HANA.
• Have experience in SAP-PP/QM configuration.
• Extensive business process and functional knowledge, preferably in coal mining industries.
• Understanding in Cross SAP module integration.
• Know other additional modules will be major advantage.

Professional Skills:

• Any certification in project management is an advantage.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem solving environment.
• Willing to travel to remote area/site.

Job Description:

• Designing and implementing end to end processes with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) module.
• Perform the system configuration, documentation, unit testing and integration testing support.
• Analyse business requirements and create detailed Functional Specification and other documentations.
• Prepare training material and conduct training to end user.
• Provide day to day support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with related departments in terms of improvements related to changes in systems, tools, regulations, situations in the field, as well as company policies.
• Ensure that all business processes that have been planned are formally documented, to be used as references in conducting the review process and monitoring the implementation process.
• Manage administration of ideas of improvement that comes from business process owners or related stakeholders.
• Work closely with BPAI (Business Process Analyst and Improvement) Manager in reviewing and analyse data to provide options for improvements.

2. BPAI Specialist - SAP PM/PS/EHS

​

Job Description:

• Designing and implementing end to end processes with SAP Sales and Distributions (SD) module.
• Perform the system configuration, documentation, unit testing and integration testing support.
• Analyse business requirements and create detailed Functional Specification and other documentations.
• Prepare training material and conduct training to end user.
• Provide day to day support and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with related departments in terms of improvements related to changes in systems, tools, regulations, situations in the field, as well as company policies.
• Ensure that all business processes that have been planned are formally documented, to be used as references in conducting the review process and monitoring the implementation process.
• Manage administration of ideas of improvement that comes from business process owners or related stakeholders.

• Have experience in SAP-PM/PS/EHS configuration
• Extensive business process and functional knowledge, preferably in coal mining industries
• Understanding in Cross SAP module integration
• Know other additional modules will be major advantage.

• Extensive business process and functional knowledge, preferably in coal mining industries.
• Understanding in Cross SAP module integration.
• Know other additional modules will be major advantage.
