QUANTITY SURVEYOR

​

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control contractor progress claim & track variations orders
• Administer contracts in accordance with relevant event. including claims, variations, extension of claim, and commercial correspondence
• Assist certify interim and final payments for contractors and suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate contractors submission of commercial, progress claim, and progress reports
• Collaborate with project managers, project cost control supervisor, engineers, and other departments to ensure proper commercial governance
• Maintain accurate construction records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of quantity surveying principles, cost management, and contract administration
• Excellent analytical & work volume calculation
• Experience preparing and managing claims, variations, and commercial documentation
• Proficiency in QS software such as MS Excel, CAD Software. Understand BIM software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines
• Able to comply with all Safety regulations of PT. MMS

PROJECT SCHEDULLER

​

Responsibilities:

• Update project schedule as per actual physical progress
• Superimpose contractor's submitted schedule with master project schedule
• Assist the preparation of regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts is preferred.
• Critical Path Analysis
• Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule and assess any contractor's extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report
• Able to generate look ahead activity

Qualification:

• 2+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on construction projects.
• Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM. Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Able to comply with all Safety regulations of PT. MMS
