STRUCTURAL SUPERINTENDENT

​

Responsibility:

• Developing and monitoring the construction schedule and ensuring that work is completed on time.
• Ensuring compliance with safety programs and codes, and that safety equipment is available and used correctly.
• Coordinating the activities of Subcontractors.
• Working with clients, other construction disciplines, and field engineers.
• Performing employee performance evaluations.

General Requirements:

• At least Associate in Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC, Fabrication & Construction.
• At least 4 years' experienced as Structural Superintendent at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance
• Prioritize in Batam Domicile
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.

QA ENGINEER

​

Responsibility:

• Review quality specification & technical design document to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning & coordinating quality testing activities.
• Planning and conducted internal audits and oversight activities at vendor facilities to monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement quality programs and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.

General Requirements:

• At least Associate Degree of Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline
• Experienced in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPC, Fabrication
• At least 3 years experienced as QA Engineer at Fabrication, Constructions and background in oil and gas industry preferred.
• Certified in QMS Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015
• Strong knowledge of specific codes and standards such as: ASME, API, AWS
• Able to generate of Project Quality Procedure
• Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies, risk management, etc
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills in field operations.
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork
• Attention to detail, strive for quality, good communication skill, hard worker and strong integrity.
• Prioritize quality, reliability, and workplace safety at all project stages.

General Requirements:

• Memiliki pengalaman kerja yang relevan minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang fabrikasi dan konstruksi.
• Mampu melakukan pengukuran, pemotongan, perakitan (fit-up), pemasangan, dan penyetelan sistem perpipaan sesuai standar yang berlaku.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Pengalaman kerja dan dokumen penunjang harus BERWARNA

COATING SPECIALIST

​

Job Description:

• Monitoring and make sure inspect daily surface preparation activities for painting, coating operation meet with client requirements.
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, documentation.
• Responsible for Yard and field ongoing activities for Coating and Painting operation.

General Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Engineering preferred or relevant Technical discipline
• At least 4 years experienced as Coating Specialist position at Fabrication, Constructions and Marine or EPCI background industry preferred.
• Certified in NACE / AMPP Level 3, BGAS-CSWIP Level 1, FROSIO Level 3, ICorr Level 3
• Experience and have Comprehensive knowledge in Painting, Coating, and corrosion.
• Familiar to prepare "Inspection & Test Plan" (ITP) for specific company requirements, surface preparation and painting or coating procedure.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Proficiency MS Office application.
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork

STOREMAN- OILER

​

Job Description:

• Handling receiving, storing, distributing Tools & Craft Consumables (Fuel, Gas, PPE) to the users directly and recording in the system.
• Identification goods receiving, visual inspection for the damage, counting the qty and checking against delivery order.
• Manage the waste, scrap and used goods in the warehouse in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain the warehouse area keep clean and safe accordance with company policy.
• Performs periodical inventory accurately.
• Adhere to follow daily foreman or superiors instructions.

General Requirements:

• At least Senior High School
• Experienced for 2 years as Storeman Oiler in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPCI industry background preferred.
• Valid driving license /SIM B1/B2/B2 Umum (required).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical for vehicle inspection and maintenance, basic knowledge of fuel handling and distribution procedures, basic knowledge of HSE and environmental procedures.
• Deep knowledge of Warehouse Workflow
• Ability to handle multiple work fronts and tight schedules
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork

General Requirements:

• At least Senior High School or relevant Technical discipline.
• Experienced for 3 years as Welder Supervisor, Structural Supervisor in Marine and Offshore, or New build for EPCI industry background preferred.
• Having leadership and good communication skills with the ability to manage large teams and simultaneous multiple projects.
• Hands on experienced as Welder Supervisor with codes: ASME section IX, API 1104, AWS D1.1, DNV, ABS. etc.
• Able to read, review and develop of WPS, Isometric drawing, GA drawing, Weld detail.
• Comprehensive knowledge as Structure Supervisor for Fabrication and Assembly plate girder, nodes for module
• Priority in Batam domicile
• Ability to handle multiple work fronts and tight schedules
• Ability to define project scopes, plan, schedule, allocate resources, and manage risks
• Must be able to work independently or Teamwork

• Mampu melakukan pemotongan material struktur menggunakan gergaji, palu dan pahat, cutting torch (alat potong las), serta mesin pemotong struktur.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Pengalaman kerja dan dokumen penunjang harus BERWARNA
