WE ARE HIRING KARUNIA KARYA NASIONAL - Logistic Service PT Karunia Karya Nasional is a mining transportation company specializing in overland hauling services with a fleet of dump trucks. We are looking for an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team.

HR & Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for mining personnel.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation.
• Handle BPJS administration.
• Process payroll, employee benefits, and compensation.
• Support Industrial Relations activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the mining or logistics industry.
• Experienced in recruiting mining personnel and familiar with mining organizational structures (PJO, Site Manager, Mechanic, Welder, Tyreman, Fuelman, etc.).
• Memahami regulasi UU Minerba, RKAB, dan K3 Tambang.
• Good understanding of Industrial Relations, payroll, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Willing to travel and work temporarily at project sites.
