We are currently opening job vacancies for the following positions:

Road Construction Supervisor

​

Requirements:

• Have a minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in road construction, with at least 2 years specifically as a hauling road construction and maintenance supervisor in the mining sector.
• Proficient in road construction methods: land clearing, cut & fill, aggregate material management, soil stability, & drainage systems.
• Understand the operation and maintenance of heavy equipment (bulldozers, motor graders, compactors, excavators, and dump trucks).
• Possess a Road Engineering Expert Certificate (SKA/SKK) and/or a First-Level Operational Supervisor Certificate (POP).
• Have good leadership, technical skills, and be able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibility:

• Supervision: Monitoring the road construction and maintenance from land clearing and overburden removal to backfilling and compaction of the aggregate base course.
• Maintenance: Coordinate the field operations team to perform routine road maintenance.
• Quality Control: Oversee the selection of materials to be used to ensure the road's bearing capacity can withstand the loads.
• Safety, Occupational Health, & Environment (SHE): Implement operational safety standards in accordance with the mining safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on road construction progress, material volumes used, and heavy equipment operating hours (Fleet Management).

Placement: Job Site PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (PT SCM), Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.
