Foreman Procurement

​

Placement: Kab. Konawe Utara, Prov. Sulawesi Tenggara

Key Responsibility:

• Verify and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) from various site operational divisions to ensure priority alignment and technical accuracy. Source reliable local/regional suppliers request quotations, and negotiate favorable prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Accurately issue Purchase Orders (PO) in the ERP system/procurement platform following appropriate management approvals.
• Monitor delivery status from suppliers to the site warehouse, collaborating with the Warehouse/Logistics team for goods receipt verification.
• Maintain professional relationships with suppliers and conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations (lead time, product quality, and price competitiveness).
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports, process invoice documents for Finance handover, and ensure all transaction archives are systematically maintained.

Specific Requirement:

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing/Supply Chain, preferably within the Nickel Mining or Heavy Industry Sectors.
• Knowledge of mining heavy equipment spare parts catalog, industrial fuel, and mining/construction consumables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Pivot Tables & make a Dashboard) and experienced in operating ERP/Procurement Software such as SAP or Accurate.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management/Procurement is a plus.
• Demonstrates strong ethical standards and integrity when dealing with vendors.
• Strong negotiation skills, persuasive, and effective in communicating with cross-functional technical teams at the site.
• Willing to relocated site project with roster 8:2 placement on Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.
