Lowongan Kerja Pertambangan Head of Site Sanggau West Kalimantan

We are currently #hiring for our client Mining industry with this position:

Head of Site

Location: Sanggau, West Kalimantan

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or other relevant engineering from reputable university.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in mining operations, heavy industry, or related sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in senior leadership positions, such as Project Manager, Head of Site, Mine Manager, or KTT (Kepala Teknik Tambang).
• Proven experience in managing mining site operations, project execution, and industrial area development.
• Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams and achieving operational targets.
• Possess a valid POU certification or other relevant mining operational certifications required by Indonesian mining regulations.
• Strong understanding of mining operations, site management, and industrial area development.
• Solid experience in operational planning, budgeting, cost control, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of mining safety standards, environmental compliance, and regulatory requirements in Indonesia.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with government authorities, regulators, contractors, and local communities.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, manage complex operational challenges, and adapt to remote site environments.
• Willing to be based at project/site locations.
