We are now currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles for our project located in Bakan, North Sulawesi.

HEAD - SECURITY

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the development and execution of the company's security strategy to safeguard people, assets, information, and operations.
2. Ensure all security operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
3. Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities across all operational areas.
4. Direct incident response, investigations, and security intelligence to minimize operational disruption.
5. Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and management systems.
6. Build and lead a high-performing security team through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and government agencies, to strengthen security readiness.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Security with 3 years of managerial experience role, preferably in the mining industry.
3. Certified Gada Utama (mandatory).
4. Strong knowledge of Security Management Systems, Risk Management, Intelligence, Investigation, and Crisis Management.
5. Proven experience in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures.
6. Willing to be placed on-site at Bakan, North Sulawesi.
