Officer - Logistic

Location: Jakarta

Job Description: Responsible for supporting daily logistics operations by coordinating material distribution, managing shipping documentation, and monitoring the movement of goods. This role ensures materials are delivered accurately, on time, and in accordance with operational requirements while maintaining proper logistics records and compliance with company procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience coordinating material distribution, shipment documentation, and inventory movement.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation coordination, and document administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers.
• Committed to maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Willing to work at the assigned project or operational site.
