1. Superintendent External Relation (PPM)

Key Responsibility:

• Leading the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM) in line with mining regulations and company goals.
• Managing strategic relationships with the government, communities, local leaders, and stakeholders to maintain the social license to operate.
• Overseeing the execution of PPM programs, budgets, and social impact measurements to ensure they are targeted, effective, and sustainable.
• Making sure to comply with PPM regulations, preparing reports for regulators, and supporting audit and inspection processes.
• Leading the PPM team through coaching, skills development, and achieving performance targets.

Specific Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, or related fields.
• Have at least 8 years of experience in Community Development, CSR, External Affairs, or PPM, with at least 3 years in a Supervisor/Superintendent position.
• Understanding the implementation of the PPM program according to ESDM Ministerial Decree No. 1824 K/30/MEM/2018.
• Having good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

2. Supervisor External Relation (PPM)

Key Responsibility:

• Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of PPM/CSR programs in the company's operational areas.
• Building and maintaining harmonious relationships with the community, government, and all stakeholders.
• Conducting social mapping, identifying community needs, and monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Preparing budgets, activity reports, and ensuring program implementation complies with applicable mining regulations.
• Handling social issues, community complaints, and providing solutions that support the company's operations.

Specific Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Sociology, Anthropology, Communication, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Community Development, CSR, External Relations, or PPM, with at least 2 years as a Supervisor/Coordinator.
• Understanding the implementation of the PPM program according to ESDM Ministerial Decree No. 1824 K/30/MEM/2018.
• Having good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.

Placement: Willing to relocated site project with roster 6:2. Placement on Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi (Kab. Konawe Utara, Prov. Sulawesi Tenggara).
