We are now currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles for our project located in Bakan, North Sulawesi.

HEAD - CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensure the implementation of Community Development and Empowerment Programs (Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat) in line with the Master Plan and annual RKAB.
2. Oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of PPM programs in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Manage program implementation, identify community needs, and recommend development initiatives aligned with company objectives.
4. Ensure CSR and PPM initiatives strengthen the company's social license to operate and corporate reputation.
5. Ensure alignment with applicable CSR regulations at both national and global levels, including the application of ISO 26000 standards.
6. Manage the CSR team and collaborate with other departments including external partners, beneficiaries, and relevant stakeholders while conducting monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective and well-organized program delivery.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's degree in social sciences, social welfare, anthropology or a related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in CSR & 3 Years of Managerial Experience in CSR and Community Development, preferably in the mining industry.
3. Maintain inclusive engagement with all community groups, ensuring no discrimination based on religion, gender, or social background.
4. Possess a solid understanding and capability in calculating Social Return on Investment (SROI); relevant certification is preferred.
5. Willing to be placed on-site at Bakan, North Sulawesi.
