ARCHITECT

​

Key Responsible:

• Responsible all aspects of project planning, including pre-design, detailed engineering design, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Identify and specify material types suited to the project requirements.
• Manage licensing documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project visuals and updates effectively to other departments.
• Draft initial design concepts to guide project development.
• Develop detailed shop drawings to support accurate construction and installation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Degree.
• Min one year experience, Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Autocad, Sketchup, and Revit.
• Domicille in Batam are preffered.
