Superintendent Mine Production

Placement: Kab. Konawe Utara, Prov. Sulawesi Tenggara

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Execute and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly mine plans developed by the Mine Plan team to ensure overburden removal and ore hauling meet the company's volumetric and tonnage targets.
• Collaborate closely with the QAQC team to manage ore getting activities in the pit and blending operations at the stockpile to minimize dilution and ensure the final product.
• Optimize the utilization and productivity of heavy equipment fleets and minimize downtime by coordinating effectively with the Maintenance/Mechanic team.
• Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the performance of mining contractors complies with contractual agreements.
• Act as an operational supervisor to ensure all crew members and operation strictly adhere to safety procedures, PPE usage, slope stability management, and hazard mitigation in the pit area.
• Manage, mentor, and improve the competencies of Productions Supervisor and Foreman through regular performance evaluations and internal training programs.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in mine productions operations as managerial.
• Excellent coordination skills with supporting divisions, including Mine Plan, QAQC, HSE, and Maintenance.
• Strong leadership capabilities, sharp data analysis skills, and swift on site problem solving abilities.
• Willing to relocate to site project with roster 7:2 placement on Konawe Utara Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.
