PT Mifa Bersaudara (MDB Group), one of Indonesia's leading coal mining companies, is seeking an experienced Port Leader to lead and drive our end-to-end port operations.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable port operations while supporting our growing production and export commitments. We are looking for a leader who can build high-performing teams, optimize operational excellence, and foster strong collaboration across functions.

Port Leader

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience leading port operations at Manager or Group Head level.
• Strong knowledge of port logistics, stockpile, jetty, vessel loading, and marine operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving safety, operational excellence, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in the mining, bulk material handling, or port industry will be highly valued.
