PT Anugerah Sakti Konstruksi Utama (ASKON) is seeking qualified, experienced, and highly motivated professionals to join our team for the following position:

Safety Operation Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mining safety operations and ensure compliance with OHS standards and regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Promote a strong Safety Culture across all operations.
• Monitor contractors' and subcontractors' OHS compliance and safety performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Zero Accident.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining safety; experience as a Supervisor or Superintendent is preferred.
• Valid AK3 General, POM, and SMKP Minerba Auditor certifications are required.
• TOT, B3 Management, and/or ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 certifications are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Work Location: Project Site - All ASKON Group Operations.
