PT Sinar Terang Mandiri, Tbk is seeking a Procurement Officer to join our Head Office team. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with experience in the mining industry.

Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with company procedures.
• Source and evaluate vendors to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and procurement documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational procurement requirements.
• Monitor procurement progress and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in: Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement Officer, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Familiar with procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing documentation.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment.
