Manager Mine Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop and establish short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine planning strategies (Life of Mine) aligned with the RKAB, production targets, and the Company's business objectives.
• Lead and oversee the preparation of the RKAB, Annual Mine Plan, departmental budget, production forecasts, and mine development strategies.
• Drive the optimization of mining resources by managing productivity, mining cost, capital investments, and reserve utilization to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure all mine planning activities comply with technical standards, mining regulations, safety requirements, environmental policies, and Good Mining Practice.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Operations, Geology, Survey, QA/QC, Strategic Infrastructure, and other departments to ensure sustainable ore supply and achievement of production targets.
• Develop the Mine Planning organization through people development, system improvements, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Mine Planning, including at least 5 years in a Mine Planning Superintendent or equivalent managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Short-Term Planning (STP), Medium-Term Planning (MTP), Long-Term Planning (Life of Mine), RKAB preparation, Annual Mine Planning, and Mine Development Strategies.
• Strong understanding of mine economics, budgeting, mining cost management, CAPEX/OPEX, investment evaluation, and mining project feasibility analysis.
• Proficient in Surpac, MineSched, Whittle, ArcGIS, Microsoft Excel, and other mine planning software.
• Strong leadership, strategic decision-making, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional management skills.
• Placement: Kab. Konawe Utara, Prov. Sulawesi Tenggara.
