Supervisor Environment Engineering

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Conduct environmental engineering analysis related to mining operations, including hydrological assessment, surface runoff analysis, and other environmental evaluation.
• Develop, review, and optimize mine reclamation plans, including landform design, topsoil management, and revegetation strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate reclamation performance and vegetation growth using Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) analysis.
• Operate and supervise Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV/Drone) mapping activities for environmental monitoring and reclamation progress assessment.
• Prepare technical reports on environmental performance and mine reclamation, including Pelita Reports, RKAB Environmental Matrix, RKL-RPL Reports, and Mine Reclamation Reports.
• Develop and implement PROPER requirements within the SIMPEL environmental management system.
• Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for environmental management and mine reclamation activities.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Forestry, Agriculture, or Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining environmental management and mine reclamation.
• Proficient in geospatial and engineering software, including ArcGIS Pro, Global Mapper, AutoCAD, Surpac, and Agisoft Metashape.
• Experienced in implementing AMDAL, Environmental Management & Monitoring Plans (RKL-RPL), PROPER, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems.
• Strong understanding of mine reclamation techniques, revegetation, and environmental management system.
• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and sustainability principles is considered an advantage.
• BNSP Mine Reclamation Planning/Implementation Certification is considered an added value.
• Placement: Kab. Konawe Utara, Prov. Sulawesi Tenggara.
