PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk. is looking for an experienced Superintendent - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead strategic recruitment initiatives and strengthen our employer brand.

This role is responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition, developing sustainable talent pipelines, and enhancing BRMS's employer value proposition to attract top talent.

Superintendent - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Location: Jakarta

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. This role partners with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, optimize hiring processes, and enhance the company's employer brand.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Employer Branding.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for professional and leadership roles.
• Experience developing employer branding initiatives, including campus hiring, career fairs, and recruitment marketing.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, and professional networks.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews, coordinating assessments, and providing hiring recommendations.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Experience in the mining, engineering, or other industrial sectors is a prefered.
• Experience as a headhunter or executive search firm is an advantage.
