Lowongan Kerja Pertambangan Project Improvement Senior Analyst PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral

PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk is a holding company for a business group engaged in nickel and other mineral mining, processing, and other related activities that are vertically integrated with the strategic mineral value chain and electric motor vehicle battery. We are looking for experienced and qualified talent to join one of our subsidiary PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) for the following positions:

Project Improvement Senior Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project improvement, performance analysis, optimization, Lean, or Kaizen.
• Holds POP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt and Project Management certification are an advantage.
• Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Placement: Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi.

Key Roles:

• Identify improvement opportunities through performance data analysis, process studies, stakeholder input, and develop project improvement proposals with measurable baseline, target, and scope.
• Execute and manage cross-departmental improvement projects using appropriate methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, PDCA), ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solution recommendations that are actionable and approved for implementation.
• Develop and analyze KPI indicators, present performance trends, and report project status periodically to management through dashboards and structured presentations.
• Develop and update SOPs, Work Instructions, and standardization documents to sustain improvement outcomes across the organization.
• Facilitate cross-departmental alignment to ensure consistent implementation of improvement initiatives, and document coordination outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Conduct socialization, coaching, and best practice sharing sessions related to improvement processes for relevant teams and users.
