Quantity Surveyor

​

Lokasi: Papua

​

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor construction progress on-site to ensure work is carried out according to the project schedule and specifications.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports.
• Track and update project progress for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Measure and verify work quantities in accordance with project requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and verification of timesheets for additional or variation works.
• Coordinate with site personnel to collect and validate progress and quantity data.
• Maintain proper project documentation related to quantity surveying and progress reporting.
• Support project cost control by providing accurate quantity and progress information.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction, EPC, infrastructure, or Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong understanding of quantity take-off, progress measurement, and project reporting.
• Experience in preparing daily reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Familiar with timesheet administration for additional or variation works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites and work on roster schedule if required.
